Daniel Holbert a347fd9495 Bug 1092007 part 1: Adjust some in-content CSS to account for flex definite-sizing change. r=johannh 
As of this bug, flex items in a vertical flex container will sometimes be
considered to have "indefinite" sizes, i.e. percent sizes in them will no
longer resolve. To work around this, they need to provide a definite flex-basis
(e.g. as part of the "flex" shorthand property) if we want percent sizes to
resolve (instead of being treated as "auto") inside of them.

Mike Conley b0d89f3530 Bug 1546954 - Clean up Picture-in-Picture keyboard support for the player window. r=JSON_voorhees 
This patch does a couple of things, based on trial-and-error, as well as a
conversation with yzen from the Accessibility team.

1. Auto-focuses the playpause button, and puts unpip and then close as the next
   items that can be focused with the keyboard. The underlying <browser> element
   is no longer keyboard focusable.

2. It adds a white outline with a black box-shadow around the focused control
   when using keyboard navigation. That outline and box-shadow do not appear
   when using the mouse only. Keyboard navigation can be aborted by hitting Esc.

3. The controls remain visible while the video is paused.

4. When transitioning from the paused to playing state, we wait
   CONTROLS_FADE_TIMEOUT_MS milliseconds to hide the controls again.

Nicholas Nethercote 2ba5d9c1c7 Bug 1561153 - Fix problems with box-drawing chars in about:memory. r=jfkthame 
In Japanese (and Chinese?) locales the box-drawing chars may be twice the width
of ASCII chars, which messes up about:memory's layout. By explicitly specifying
the language and font-family, we increase the chance that single-width
box-drawing chars are used.

It's nice that quantumbar has the same amount of space between the type icon and favicon as it does between the favicon and title, unlike awesomebar.  i.e., there's a single margin-end value for both .urlbarView-type-icon and .urlbarView-favicon (urlbarViewIconMarginEnd, 8px).  So instead of adding another 9px value for .urlbarView-favicon's margin-end, this patch removes the 1px of padding in the urlbar input.  That has the added benefit that the space around the identity box and its search icon (shown when typing) is now more symmetrical, although there's still 1px more space on its right side than its left side.

This patch also adjusts spacing in the awesomebar popup so the alignment remains right there.

style, these CSS files are used in toolkit, not mobile/android.

This custom element replaces XBL <content> usage by directly prepend the two needed child nodes when the element is connected.

This is doable because

- There isn't any direct access of child nodes under <menulist>. Everyone seems to access via .menupopup, which is usually the only child.
- We don't need to move the children under <menulist>. If we need to and if the child is a <xbl:children> (which could happen if <menulist> is inside an XBL <content> that just get cloned to the document), the layout will get very confused and crash (see finding in bug 1514926)

Timothy Guan-tin Chien 005832324b Bug 1454357 - Remove the scrollbox binding r=NeilDeakin 
With all the previous efforts, the scrollbox binding now does nothing but to create an inner box element holding the scrolling content.

It turned out that inner box can be easily removed. The padding set by the document sheets can be moved to the srollbox element directly.

The only gotcha is XULScrollElement::ScrollByIndex() -- it can now reach the child item frames directly from the scrolled frame.
