private NSPR headers (prosdep.h and primpl.h) from the Mozilla source.
The part of prosdep.h that is actually needed by Mozilla was extracted
and put in the new file mozilla/include/xp_path.h.

pinkerton%netscape.com 60fb2b6a1c New RowIsContainer method which can replace CellHasDropFlag to determine if the row is a container and if it is currently expanded or collapsed.
