For remote settings testing "data:,#remote-settings-dummy/v1" URL is used:
* data url to avoid network activity
* ends with /v1 to match certain format, as checked at https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/rev/a003f4e458fa9a1d2bb9ccb8e22ffb7b604835be/services/common/kinto-http-client.js#2224
* has empty body to not being mistaken with something useful

Geoff Brown e87630dcdc Bug 1744091 - Update test harnesses to run with fission by default, except on android; r=perftest-reviewers,releng-reviewers,jmaher,AlexandruIonescu 
Run with fission by default in test harnesses, with --disable-fission available as an
option.
Android mach commands automatically set --disable-fission; this can be over-ridden by
--setpref=fission.autostart=true.
fission.autostart is removed from all test profiles.
No changes to wpt, handled already in bug 1743714.

This excludes web-platform-tests which will be handled later in the commit series.
Not using the base profile for everything allows us to migrate the suite-specific
fission handling one suite at a time.

Chris H-C 3847814685 Bug 1675310 - Remove enabled and limit prefs for the event ping r=janerik 
Recording events involved asking whether they should go in the event ping or
not, and also whether we hit the limit for how many are allowed in a ping.
These values are stored in prefs which aren't terribly accessible off the main
thread, even if the event recording is.

Both of these prefs have been set in stone in their default values for over two
years now, so we can safely remove them and their scaffolding. Huzzah!

Add new preference `extensions.webextensions.warnings-as-errors` that
defaults to `true` in tests. Tests that expect warnings are modified
to briefly flip the pref for the specific part of the test that needs
an exception.

As part of the refactor, log entries for schema entries that contain
`"onError": "warn"` will now be prefixed by "Warning" instead of
"Error", to be consistent with the change from bug 1495908.

My previous attempt updated the wrong test profile, which does not apply to xpcshell tests.
This applies the pref override to xpcshell tests only, the only place we need it.
