dbaron%dbaron.org 96c0e36f4e Separate concept of stylesheet URI into base URI (for resolving relative links) and sheet URI (for everything else), since they can differ for style elements (and inline style and style set from script, but that's for the next patch). - Removed non-inline version of GetViewManager.
- Removed unused EnablePrefStyleRules and ArePrefStyleRulesEnabled.
