Refactor the existing PaintGradient method into a nsCSSGradientRenderer class. The purpose
of this is to separate the calculation of gradient parameters from the painting of the
gradients. This should help us to share code between WebRender and our existing
painting code. It does not change how we render gradients currently.

only use aRenderingContext to create a similiar draw target. Replace
aRenderingContext by ctx make code more consistent since the draw call

If mask-mode is luminace, we will create a temporary context at [1]. It's
obvious we do not use this gfxContext at all in PaintGradient path. This patch is
trying to fix this problem by pass gfxContext, instead of RenderingContext,
directly to PaintGraident.

directly. A wonderful cleanup patch will come after this. One of the more
interesting pieces is the use of PushBuiltDisplayList. This is needed for

This basically just splits the enum in two and does the necessary plumbing. The
worst part is that now DisplayItemLayers need to have two arrays of commands.
Fortunately, this will be going away in the future.
This makes it so we don't send the child side commands to the parent.

We don't need to update the time during composing style, we just need to
update when transform animations are sent to the compositor. The most
recent refresh time of nsRefreshDriver should be the same in either side.
If the time is skewed, that means we skip composing style, if it happened
that's another bug.

Instead of copying and concatenating strings into an mDest buffer in
SamplerStackFramePrintfRAII, require callers to keep the string buffer alive
for the duration of the current scope, and store the pointer to the annotation
string in the ProfileEntry. During stackwalking, concatenate the label and the
annotation (separated by a space) and store the resulting string in the
profile buffer.

Before bug 1298218, in this if branch with APZ enabled, itemClip was always
the display port clip for fixed backgrounds, even for fixed backgrounds on the
canvas frame. But after bug 1298218 we no longer clip canvas fixed backgrounds
to the display port, so itemClip is now the viewport clip. And that clip is
definitely not a scrolled clip, so we must not merge layers around it.
The better solution for this would be to remove this if branch completely and
fix up the scrolled clip layerization detection for the non-APZ case to also
use ASRs. That's tracked by bug 1336516.

We couldn't tell the difference between a null StyleAnimationValue and
transform:none on the compositor. This was not a problem before, since we didn't
need the null StyleAnimationValue on the compositor, because the null
StyleAnimationValue have to be passed with composite:add flag, and in the case of
composite:add we just used the underlying value, i.e. we didn't use the null
value at all.
But for normal additive animations, we have to check the null StyleAnimationValue
to tell whether we are processing a missing keyframe or not.
So in this patch, Animatable can be null_t to represent the null
StyleAnimationValue, and as a result of this change, we can drop
BaseAnimationStyle.

I think there are three advantages of this change:
1. removes some dependencies from layout / painting code to pre-computed
value stuff in the style system;
2. makes it easier to audit usage of specific fields in style structs
(which is probably a side effect of the first one);
3. potentially improves performance since it doesn't go through the
unnecessary general logic in ExtractComputedValue.
Also, combined with the part before, we get a unified list for visited-
dependent properties so that we can ensure the assertion here and the
style difference calc code are consistent.

If all of animations on an element are paused, finished or zero playback rate,
we don't send those animations to the compositor.
Also in this change, we send zero active duration animations to the compositor
in the same way as normail animations.
