When `metal` was first consumed in `mozilla-central`, it was on version
0.23.1. Interestingly, no `version` record for it was created. We appear
to need it, though! We apparently regress in a `cargo vet` check without
this when `metal` is set to a crate version published in Crates.io
(rather than a Git dependency), which we're about to do in the next
patch.

Mike Hommey 4a1b6bac9b Bug 1838354 - Refresh the rust workspace hack. r=firefox-build-system-reviewers,supply-chain-reviewers,ahochheiden 
It had been neglected for a long time, and the enabled features were
outdated, and plenty of now common crates were missing.

This refresh required ad-hoc, flawed scripts to reach that updated
Cargo.toml. Eventually we'll want this refresh to be automated, but
the existing tools don't quite work for our use case just yet. Rather
than waiting that such a state is reached, go ahead with this manual
update which improves a lot compared to the status quo.

Mike Hommey 465c8eccac Bug 1836413 - Replace terminal_size with a dummy crate that returns a fixed 80x25 terminal size. r=supply-chain-reviewers,webdriver-reviewers,whimboo,jgraham 
In practice, the result looks better than with clap's wrap_help
disabled, and, as a matter of personal preference, looks better to
me than when using the actual terminal size.

This will allow to upgrade clap to a more recent version without
pulling in windows-sys.

This will allow calling `InspectorUtils.ColorTo("red", "lab")` and
receive `{color: "lab(54.3 80.8 69.9)", components: [54.3, 80.8, 69.9, 1.0], adjusted: false}`.

The adjusted value is always "false", because gamut checking and mapping
is not supported at the moment. See:

Emilio Cobos Álvarez 3abb2e9d89 Bug 1833151 - [css-nesting] Update cssparser again. r=tlouw,supply-chain-reviewers,zrhoffman 
This changes the cssparser setup to:

 * Avoid having to do copies of the ParsingContext all over the place,
   which is useful because I plan to stash more nesting state in there.

 * Use the new RuleBodyParser which allows parsing qualified rules,
   declarations, and so on. Though we still don't use this anywhere.

The next step is to join NestedRuleParser and PropertyDeclarationParser,
so that we can parse declarations in a lot of the nested rules as well.

Matt is former Mozilla stuff as well as former mod team member.

Smallvec was developed at Mozilla but has undergone some significant
changes since then. Ordered-float was developed by others before Matt
took it over. In both cases there's a bit too much uncertainty to
certify a Mozilla audit, but Matt's involvement is good enough to add
these crates to the trusted table.
