cls%seawood.org e91d548d09 Ok, how many times to we have to go over this? If you want to link a static archive into a shared library, YOU MUST USE the SHARED_LIBRARY_LIBS variable! nelsonb%netscape.com 6e7fa5d7ee Remove PQG_DestroyParams(), PQG_DestroyVerify from pqg.c because they 
duplicate the functions in lib/util/pqgutil.c.  Also, the functions in
pqgutil correctly handle the case where the Params or Verify was
constructed without an arena (a fact which is now more obvious when
reading the code there).
