jst%netscape.com 9abec73fbe DOM string changes. All nsString& in DOM interfaces (and interfaces needed by DOM implementations) have been changed to nsAReadableString& and nsAWritableString&. and efficiency.
Tighten checks on document properties and node properties. Should resolve
