Frame constructor ownership moves to the pres shell, and the style set methods that forward to the frame constructor are gone. Rewrote style set sheet add/remove to reduce code size. Change StyleRuleChanged notification signatures, and change pres shell's handling of style rule change, addition, and removal to just do reresolution. Remove fine-grained ways of clearing style data.
