Ralph Giles	4b5cc3352d	Bug 674225 - Add the opus draft-11 source to the tree. - r=derf ... This is the IETF Opus audio codec reference implementation. The source was copied into the tree using the included update.sh script, from a checkout of the v0.9.9 git tag, which corresponds to the source code published in https://tools.ietf.org/id/draft-ietf-codec-opus-11.txt	2012-04-30 16:20:22 -07:00
