Put in a superfluous printf in processEventLoop that fixes 44327.

nsActions.{cpp,h}:

Added wsDeallocateInitContextEvent, to enable the correct
removal of the eventQueue, 44328

WindowControlImpl

Fire the wsDeallocateInitcontextEvent in nativeDestroyInitContext.
