Nika Layzell 95cc8c68c0 Bug 1529684 - Part 1: Allow Attaching BrowsingContext from parent to child, r=farre 
This is important to allow creating BrowsingContexts outside of the process
where they are going to be used. This is largely a re-arrangement of existing
code.

There is currently no way to do this type of attaching for browsing contexts in
existing BrowsingContextGroups, which creates some limitations, but happens to
be sufficient for us in the current situation.

Boris Zbarsky af8e1b14b7 Bug 1489308 part 2. Allow UpdateURLAndHistory to work even if mOSHE is null, if we're doing a replace. r=smaug 
We're going to end up hitting this if someone does a document.open() before mOSHE
has been set. We shouldn't need to worry about mLSHE, because the document.open()
will cancel the corresponding load.

* New topLevel loads get the nsILoadInfo.openerPolicy of the current top level document
* Parsing the Cross-Opener-Origin-Policy of a channel will update mLoadInfo.openerPolicy and this value will get propagated to the child process.
* SessionStore now checks nsIHttpChannel.hasCrossOriginOpenerPolicyMismatch (preffed off) and performs a process switch if needed

Andreas Farre 48da8e2402 Bug 1515646 - Add FindWithName and FindChildWithName to BrowsingContext. r=peterv 
This implements the step of choosing a browsing context with
FindWithName, which should be equivalent to calling
nsIDocShellTreeItem.findItemWithName passing null for 'aRequestor' and
'aOriginalRequestor' and false for 'aSkipTabGroup'.
