Add --disable-auto-deps option which causes the build system to not automatically generate dependencies on the fly. Also, fixes VPATH problem with non gcc-MD separate build phase |make depend|.

- convert many modules to use nsGenericModule the new way
- handful of warning and modeline fixes
- nsSample and some XPConnect test classes now have nsIClassInfo support for
testing
