Bug 1311466 - Part 4: Add a C++ only getFileDescriptor() method to nsIFileMetadata interface. All file stream implementations (nsFileInputStream, nsPartialFileInputStream, nsFileOutputStream, nsAtomicFileOutputStream, nsSafeFileOutputStream and nsFileStream) support nsIFileMetadata interface so the new method is available on all these streams.
