This includes AccessibleHandler, HandlerProvider, IGeckoCustom and the IAccessible2 COM proxy dll.
Even with the new architecture, we still use IAccessible2, but we no longer need a COM proxy because we aren't using COM across processes ourselves.
If clients want to use IAccessible2 across processes, they're responsible for registering a COM proxy themselves as with all other IAccessible2 applications.
Alternatively, they can rely on the IAccessible2 COM proxy which is included with Windows 10 and later.

The problem is the row remains selected after its content is replaced with the
dismissal acknowledgment tip. This patch clears the selection and selects the
tip's "Got it" button if the row was selected.
I didn't add a general browser test for feedback and dismissal acknowledgments
earlier, so I added one now. I cp'ed the weather test and used it as a starting
point since it does test the acknowledgments but is specific to the weather
suggestion. Even though some of it now duplicates the new test, I left it intact
because we still need a test for the weather-specific commands, and the amount
of duplicated code isn't very much.
I modified the test helper function that opens the result menu so that the row
is not selected when `byMouse` is true. That way I can make sure the selection
doesn't change when the dismissed row is not selected. I used
`EventUtils.promiseElementReadyForUserInput()` to synthesize a mousemove over
the row to make the menu button visible. That function has a bug where the
interval is added after `onHit` is called and the promise is resolved, leaving
the interval ticking forever. Moving the `synthesizeMouseAtCenter()` after the
timeout is created fixes the problem.

This separates out the two sets of variables to move the ones in early startup into searchConfiguration.
This will avoid reloading the search engines on startup for most experiments, and ensure that
the experiment is handled correctly for configurations.
The default private handling is retained within the early startup section, as that has an effect on default
search engines which may be affected if engines are loaded without those flags in place.

Use a new executable for the GMP process named "<App Name> Media Plugin Helper" so that the content processes (using the plugin-container executable) and the GMP process can be signed with different entitlements allowing for the use of more secure entitlements.
To get the benefits of using a new executable for GMP, additional changes are needed in the codesigning infrastructure repo to enable signing plugin-container and the new executable with a reduced set of entitlements.
The executable is built as media-plugin-helper and then renamed to "<App Name> Media Plugin Helper" so it appears with a user friendly name in Activity Monitor. For example, "Firefox Media Plugin Helper". (The GMP process runs with limited privileges preventing it from setting its own "nice" process name.)
Limit the change to Nightly at this time to allow validation of using a new executable and then enabling the strong entitlements.

This creates 3 icon states:
1. The translations offering with a single icon.
2. The loading icon with the spinner.
3. The live translation document, with the "translate to" locale listed.
Note that the locale text in the icon can grow to three letters in
theory, but in practice this does not happen with our currently
supported languages. I made sure the button can grow correctly if this
ever happens.
The tests are in the next patch.
