Moving mIsDrawing to SVGDocumentWrapper allows us to avoid depending on
VectorImage in a future patch, and instead only keep a reference to
SVGDocumentWrapper. This helps avoid a circular dependency.

Simon Giesecke 1e6ec7ec86 Bug 1656117 - Reduce include dependencies on nsRefreshDriver.h. r=mstange 
The abstract observer base classes are moved to a separate header file
nsRefreshObservers.h and the includes are adjusted accordingly.

Some method implementations are moved to the corresponding implementation files
to avoid the need to include the nsRefreshDriver.h file in the header.

Masayuki Nakano 60e014c55e Bug 1544215 - Make nsIContentVewer::GetPresShell() return mozilla::PresShell instead of nsIPresShell r=bzbarsky 
Additionally, this patch makes `nsDocumentViewer` which is the only
implementation of `nsIContentViewer` use `mozilla::PresShell` directly
rather than via `nsIPresShell`.

Emilio Cobos Álvarez d2ed260822 Bug 1517241 - Rename nsIDocument to mozilla::dom::Document. r=smaug 
Summary: Really sorry for the size of the patch. It's mostly automatic
s/nsIDocument/Document/ but I had to fix up in a bunch of places manually to
add the right namespacing and such.

Overall it's not a very interesting patch I think.

nsDocument.cpp turns into Document.cpp, nsIDocument.h into Document.h and
nsIDocumentInlines.h into DocumentInlines.h.

I also changed a bunch of nsCOMPtr usage to RefPtr, but not all of it.

While fixing up some of the bits I also removed some unneeded OwnerDoc() null
checks and such, but I didn't do anything riskier than that.

Much like the component manager, many of the strings that we use for category
manager entries are statically allocated. There's no need to duplicate these
strings.

This patch changes the category manager APIs to take nsACStrings rather than
raw pointers, and to pass literal nsCStrings when we know we have a literal
string to begin with. When adding the category entry, it then skips making
copies of any strings with the LITERAL flag.

Markus Stange 3994547b42 Bug 1307242 - Add a non-blank paint telemetry probe for foreground root content documents. r=bkelly, f=bsmedberg 
This adds a probe called TIME_TO_NON_BLANK_PAINT_MS which reports time to
non-blank paint for root content documents whose docshell was active for the
entire time between navigation start and first non-blank paint.

Timothy Nikkel c2cd155669 Bug 1253362. SVGDocumentWrapper::IsAnimated can be called after SVGDocumentWrapper::DestroyViewer so null check mViewer. r=dholbert 
The testcase has an svg-as-image inside an svg-as-image. At shutdown the viewer of the inner svg-as-image is destroyed (via the shutdown observer) first. Then the outer svg-as-image destroys its viewer which tries to unregister all image requests from the refresh driver. So it unregisters the inner svg-as-image, which calls GetAnimated.
