I had to fix four things:
* I needed to move <utility> back down in GuardObjects.h because I was hitting
obscure problems with our system include wrappers like this:
0:03.94 /usr/include/stdlib.h:550:14: error: exception specification in declaration does not match previous declaration
0:03.94 extern void *realloc (void *__ptr, size_t __size)
0:03.94 ^
0:03.94 /home/emilio/src/moz/gecko-2/obj-debug/dist/include/malloc_decls.h:53:1: note: previous declaration is here
0:03.94 MALLOC_DECL(realloc, void*, void*, size_t)
0:03.94 ^
0:03.94 /home/emilio/src/moz/gecko-2/obj-debug/dist/include/mozilla/mozalloc.h:22:32: note: expanded from macro 'MALLOC_DECL'
0:03.94 MOZ_MEMORY_API return_type name##_impl(__VA_ARGS__);
0:03.94 ^
0:03.94 <scratch space>:178:1: note: expanded from here
0:03.94 realloc_impl
0:03.94 ^

0:03.94 #define realloc_impl mozmem_malloc_impl(realloc)
Which I really didn't feel like digging into.
* I had to restore the order of TrustOverrideUtils.h and related files in nss
because the .inc files depend on TrustOverrideUtils.h being included earlier.
* I had to add a missing include to RollingNumber.h
* Also had to partially restore include order in JsepSessionImpl.cpp to avoid
some -WError issues due to some static inline functions being defined in a
header but not used in the rest of the compilation unit.

Prior to the patch we appear to be returning the size of lpDeviceName rather
than lpTargetPath.

Now that we have explicit macros for each GMP_LOG level GMP_LOG and
GMP_LOG_DEBUG are doing the same thing. This patch replaces all instances of
GMP_LOG with GMP_LOG_DEBUG. This has the benefit of all uses of the GMP macros
sharing a consistent naming convention and being explicit about the level
they're logging at.
Since we no longer use GMP_LOG() anywhere, remove it.

Update content_decryption_module.h and other Widevine headers. This removes the
CDM8 interface and adds in the CDM10 and CDM11 interfaces. As such this patch
removes references to CDM8 from the code and adds some of the foundations for
supporting CDM10. Most of the CDM10 code will be implemented in another bug, but
there are a number of cases where it was straight forward to shuffle CDM8+9 code
-> CDM9+10, rather than deleting it and replacing it later.

This was done automatically replacing:
s/mozilla::Move/std::move/
s/ Move(/ std::move(/
s/(Move(/(std::move(/
Removing the 'using mozilla::Move;' lines.
And then with a few manual fixups, see the bug for the split series..

We now only use the Chromium CDM interface, so there is no need to check isWidevine.
We don't use WidevineAdapter anymore so remove the related check and unused classes.

We hook in kernelbase.dll rather than kernel32.dll, as hooking QueryDosDeviceW
kernel32.dll is failing on our Win8 tests, it seems because QueryDosDeviceW in
kernel32.dll redirects to kernelbase32.dll, and the redirect has insufficient
space for our hook in Win8. So hook in kernelbase.dll, where the redirect
redirects to instead.

We currently use an adapter object to adapt plugins that don't conform to the
GMP interface to the GMP interface.
We use the WidevineAdapter to talk to the CDM from the two GMP IPDL protocols.
We will be using a single protocol to talk to the Chromium CDM, so we need a
new adapter which handles that.
