Bug 1143934 - Work around SessionStore dependency on current brokenness. r=ttaubert

Currently, setting a file input element's value property in a content
process creates a File object that seems valid but causes form
submission to fail -- inexplicably so, from the user's point of view.
The next patch will make that throw, so this patch prepares SessionStore
by making it catch that exception and leave that element unrestored (but
continue with the rest of the form). The user would already have needed
to manually re-pick the file -- until bug 1122855 is fixed to make
SessionStore properly e10s-enabled -- but this makes that more obvious.

Currently, only user namespace support is detected. This is targeted at
desktop, where (1) user namespace creation is effectively a prerequisite
for unsharing any other namespace, and (2) any kernel with user
namespace support almost certainly has all the others.
Bonus fix: remove extra copy of sandbox flag key names in about:support;
if JS property iteration order ever ceases to follow creation order, the
table rows could be permuted, but this doesn't really matter.

Bug 1073462: Send synthetic property with Content:LocationChange message. r=felipe

The browser.isSynthetic property is needed by the zoom code to detect when to
apply the correct zoom level. In e10s it is currently only set when a new
document is created which means we don't set it right for history navigation.
This sends it with the Content:LocationChange message which is where it is
needed by the zoom code anyway.

When swapping docshells we also have to swap any properties on remote-browsers
that are cached from the content process. This includes things like the
remoteWebNavigation etc. which in turn cache content information. Some of
these also maintain message listeners that we have to switch to the new browser
and message manager.

It turns out that treating null links as being OK for passing along
referrer information means that we now pass referrer information for
plain text "links" that are opened via the context menu. For referrer
information, we should take a much more conservative approach, and
declare that null links are always treated as if they had
rel="noreferrer".

Prior to this patch, a Man in the Middle (MITM) attack on SSL could cause GMPInstallManager to fail during the check for updates, which in turn would cause a crash during shutdown. This was observed in the wild by users of recent versions of Avast, which performs such attacks on SSL as part of its "HTTPS scanning" feature. With this patch, errors are handled more gracefully. The attack still prevents any update (including the install of OpenH264) but at least it does not cause a crash anymore.

This patch fixes a few nits and typos in the C++ spellchecking code as well as
fixing the Finnish dictionary and multiple installed dictionaries in general (r=ehsan).
It reworks the spellchecking context menu to use async message passing (in JS)
and reduces, by a little, the CPOW use in the context menu code (r=felipe).
Finally, the spellcheck IPDL no longer needs to be 'rpc' since we no longer
nest spellchecking calls, so it can go back to being 'sync' (r=billm).
