JerryShih 23bde0778f Bug 1372489 - Update GLConsts.h and GLDefs.h. r=jgilbert.
Get the latest gl.xml, egl.xml, wgl.xml and glx.xml.
Then, execute the |GLParseRegistryXML.py|. Please check the details in |GLParseRegistryXML.py|.

The ANGLE_stream_producer_d3d_texture_nv12 and ANGLE_keyed_mutex extension are not exist in egl.xml,
so add the "LOCAL_EGL_DXGI_KEYED_MUTEX_ANGLE" and "LOCAL_EGL_D3D_TEXTURE_SUBRESOURCE_ID_ANGLE" manually in GLDefs.h.

Kyle 08faa7ea9f Bug 1167651 - Made EGL initialize its ANGLE display using WARP if the system is blacklisted from using HW acceleration for WebGL ANGLE or if WebGL WARP is forced through a pref. ClientCanvasLayer is changed so that it will use shared surfaces only if the compositing device and the WebGL device are both WARP or both not WARP. Doug Sherk e83d419313 Bug 660070: catch EGL_CONTEXT_LOST and send WebGL an event for it r=bjacob
Catches the EGL_CONTEXT_LOST error which occurs after driver resets, and sends a
WebGL context the canvas event webglcontextlost when this occurs.
