sspitzer%netscape.com	fd2b71c697	fix for #8249 to get card pane to work on linux. ... I had to remove NO_GET_XPT=1 line from Makefile.in. Changes include removing old cruft, giving each ... component it's own module name (this helps clear up problems with the xp connect type lib name for each component), making sure libs built in src directories have _s suffix as they are static libraries and unifying component names with "msg" prefixes.
