Bug 1262326 - Make test_user_agent_overrides.html work in e10s r=nwgh
* Rename SchedulingContext to RequestContext
* Move SetLoadGroupUserAgentOverride to nsHttpChannel
* Cache the userAgentOverride in RequestContext instead of LoadGroup
