The class PresShell doesn't have ns-prefix, so it's better to drop ns-prefix
in the file names to avoid confusion.

This patch removes support for mozapp iframes, leaving support for
mozbrowser iframes intact. Some of the code has been rewritten in order
to phrase things in terms of mozbrowser only, as opposed to mozbrowser
or app. In some places, code that was only useful with apps has been
completely removed, so that the APIs consumed can also be removed. In
some places where the notion of appId was bleeding out of this API, now
we use NO_APP_ID. Other notions of appId which were restricted to this
API have been removed.

As requested by Jonas, we should put a note in the test in case someone
would like to re-enable this in the future.
Right now the test will trigger the mismatch loadInfo and loadContext,
because it's using System Principal to fetch sub-resources, hence its
loadInfo doesn't have the isIsolatedMozBrowser flag set.
This removes the unnecessary setting of c-basic-offset from all
python-mode files.
This was automatically generated using
perl -pi -e 's/; *c-basic-offset: *[0-9]+//'
... on the affected files.
The bulk of these files are moz.build files but there a few others as
well.

VolumeMute was renamed to AudioVolumeMute in the latest draft and Chromium uses the new name. Therefore, we need to update this but Gaia uses the old name. So, we shouldn't rename on B2G until Gaia is fixed.
Note that this patch changes tests but they are not used by B2G. Therefore, just replacing with new name is enough.
Only forms.js is necessary #ifdef because the main purpose of forms.js is for B2G's IME framework. However, it's available on the other platforms if chrome needs to use it.

Renames existing nsFrameLoader::OwnerIsBrowser* methods to add "Moz" prefix for
clarity.
Adds nsFrameLoader::OwnerIsIsolatedMozBrowserFrame which checks the noisolation
attribute of mozbrowser frames, if present.
This is used to set isolation in nsFrameLoader::GetNewTabContext only when true.

This change renames OriginAttributes.mInBrowser to mInIsolatedMozBrowser and
nsIPrincipal::GetIsInBrowserElement to GetIsInIsolatedMozBrowserElement. Other
methods that pass these values around also have name changes.
Tokens such as "inBrowser" have previously been serialized into cache keys, used
as DB column names, stored in app registries, etc. No changes are made to any
serialization formats. Only runtime method and variable names are updated.
No behavior changes are made in this patch, so some renamed methods may have
nonsensical implementations. These are corrected in subsequent patches
focused on behavior.

- Overloading MozInputContext#sendKey() so it could take a dict.
- An optional trailing argument for setComposition() and endComposition() methods for these methods to take the dict.
- New keydown() and keyup() methods that takes dict as the only argument.
