So, the problem was just that in LoadNativeMenus, we do our cleanup of the
sLoadNativeMenusListeners list. However, we were also early exiting from that
function if we're in headless mode. We have no good reason to be in that
function to begin with if we're in headless mode though, so I just hoisted
the check out to an earlier point.

This does fix the Pre-XUL skeleton UI scaling for me, but the others are
harmless and I can't repro the bug as described.
I _guess_ this can happen if you have window borders on Windows, since we were
mishandling those? But I don't know how to get those on Win10+.
The other scalings are symmetrical so they ended up working out in the end. In
any case this is the right thing to do and I'm ~sure it will fix the bug in the
reporter's configuration.

The biggest set of APIs from ns[T]StringObsolete which are still heavily used
are the string searching APIs. It appears the intention was for these to be
replaced by the `FindInReadable` APIs, however that doesn't appear to have
happened.
In addition, the APIs have some quirks around their handling of mixed character
widths. These APIs generally supported both narrow strings and the native
string type, probably because char16_t string literals weren't available until
c++11. Finally they also used easy-to-confuse unlabeled boolean and integer
optional arguments to control behaviour.
These patches do the following major changes to the searching APIs:
1. The ASCII case-insensitive search method was split out as
LowerCaseFindASCII, rather than using a boolean. This should be less
error-prone and more explicit, and allows the method to continue to use
narrow string literals for all string types (as only ASCII is supported).
2. The other [R]Find methods were restricted to only support arguments with
matching character types. I considered adding a FindASCII method which would
use narrow string literals for both wide and narrow strings but it would've
been the same amount of work as changing all of the literals to unicode
literals.
This ends up being the bulk of the changes in the patch.
3. All find methods were re-implemented using std::basic_string_view's find
algorithm or stl algorithms to reduce code complexity, and avoid the need to
carry around the logic from nsStringObsolete.cpp.
4. The implementations were moved to nsTStringRepr.cpp.
5. An overload of Find was added to try to catch callers which previously
called `Find(..., false)` or `Find(..., true)` to set case-sensitivity, due
to booleans normally implicitly coercing to `index_type`. This should
probably be removed at some point, but may be useful during the transition.

This is currently effectively just a helper around the existing
properties. Theoretically we could streamline things here in the future
by managing primary content entirely based on BrowsingContext rather
than docshell, but there's enough complexity there right now with other
properties like updating properties on content shells as they're
attached, that it's probably not worth trying to unify right now,
especially considering the low number of consumers.

If we want to re-enable SanityTest.jsm test, we need to disable native compositor(DirectComposition) on the testing window, since taking snapshot of native compositor is very slow on Windows. Then CompositorOptions could be used to notice to disable native compositor(DirectComposition).
To notice it from SanityTest.jsm to gecko, nsIAppWindow::needFastSnaphot() is used.

Before this change, all XPIDL constants were declared using an anonymous
`enum` rather than using a static constant. This change makes the
generated code more consistent with what is done in languages like Rust.
Some small changes were needed due to signed/unsigned comparison
warnings which were previously silent.

mReady is false both before nsWindowMediator is initialized and after it observed xpcom-shutdown. In the latter case we can still receive Javascript calls as the service is not yet unregistered. We want to ensure that:
- we cannot register new windows anymore (this was already the case but we want to assert, too).
- we do not throw while asking for enumerators even late in shutdown, returning an empty enumerator.

There are no code changes, only #include changes.
It was a fairly mechanical process: Search for all "AUTO_PROFILER_LABEL", and in each file, if only labels are used, convert "GeckoProfiler.h" into "ProfilerLabels.h" (or just add that last one where needed).
In some files, there were also some marker calls but no other profiler-related calls, in these cases "GeckoProfiler.h" was replaced with both "ProfilerLabels.h" and "ProfilerMarkers.h", which still helps in reducing the use of the all-encompassing "GeckoProfiler.h".

This is, for the most part, just a large refactor of the skeleton UI stuff to
support coarse-grained error reporting via telemetry. There are a few slight
changes in how we handle some errors. For example, if CreateWindow fails, we
will now bail out and report the failure. The flow for the happy path, however,

The change to nsCocoaWindow appears to be necessary because the nsMenuBarX
only seems to get created _after_ nsCocoaWindow::paintMenubarForWindow runs
for the created window, which is too late to Paint the native menu bar, but
also happens before nsCocoaWindow::sendToplevelActivateEvents runs, which
is too early for the nsCocoaWindow::SetMenuBar code's check for
toplevelActiveState on the WindowDelegate to return true.
So instead of checking for the toplevelActiveState, we now check if the
window for the newly created nsMenuBarX is the main window, and if so,
then we Paint it.

AsyncTabSwitcher code relies on getting an exact amount of notifications

Because we create our initial window much earlier, we do not receive the
initial activation and focus messages in the same way. Accordingly, we
need to refocus the window once everything is properly set up to handle
it.
Regarding testing, the intent is that this will be covered by existing
tests, since this is not intended to be a behavioral change for window
focus. It is not covered by tests currently only because the skele UI
is disabled by default.

See bug for justification. This patch aims to display a blank window prior to
loading/prefetching xul.dll. It also has a placeholder for drawing a
skeleton UI into that window. Note that this is disabled by default based on
a registry value, as there are still kinks to work out (for instance, what
happens if we aren't actually going to display a window, because, say, Firefox
is already running.) This just gives a basic implementation to dogfood, and
facilitates distributing work across multiple contributors.
Onto the details. The patch achieves its goal by creating a window and
assigning its handle to a static variable, which will be consumed inside
nsWindow::Create by the first toplevel window we want to make. nsWindow::Create
will take ownership of the window handle, restyle it to its own liking, and
then proceed as if everything is normal and it had created the window itself.

happens if we aren't actually going to display a window, because, say, Firefox

assigning its handle to a static variable, which will be consumed inside
nsWindow::Create by the first toplevel window we want to make. nsWindow::Create
will take ownership of the window handle, restyle it to its own liking, and
then proceed as if everything is normal and it had created the window itself.

This centralizes our print and preview setup in nsGlobalWindowOuter so
that we never re-clone a clone, and so that we reuse the window.open()
codepath to create the browsing context to clone into.
For window.print, for both old print dialog / silent printing and new
print preview UI, we now create a hidden browser (as in with visibility:
collapse, which takes no space but still gets a layout box).
* In the modern UI case, this browser is swapped with the actual print
preview clone, and the UI takes care of removing the browser.
* In the print dialog / silent printing case, the printing code calls
window.close() from nsDocumentViewer::OnDonePrinting().
* We don't need to care about the old print preview UI for this case
because it can't be open from window.print().
We need to fall back to an actual window when there's no
nsIBrowserDOMWindow around for WPT print tests and the like, which don't
have one. That seems fine, we could special-case this code path more if
needed but it doesn't seem worth it.

This changes the set of types which can be passed as the second argument to
do_QueryActor to ones which can be unambiguously converted to a JSActorManager,
and combines nsCOMPtr_helper implementations.

This removes the diagnostic warnings which used to be logged when the
Large-Allocation header was present, but failed to switch into a
Large-Allocation process. Due to the low adoption of the header, this shouldn't
be too large of a problem, but we can look into re-adding the diagnostics if
needed in the future.
The new codepath no longer performs multiple network requests for
Large-Allocation resources, and now relies on the battle-tested
DocumentLoadListener codepath for process switching.

When window is PiP window on Windows7, WS_EX_COMPOSITED is set to suppress flickering during resizing with hardware acceleration as a workaround.
PiP window detection in nsAppShellService::JustCreateTopWindow() mimics Linux/Gtk implementation.

The enforcement is only important when users are able to resize the windows. Otherwise,
we let Gecko set the window dimensions to whatever dimensions they'd like.

Adds an |aChromeOnlyDispatch| flag to DispatchCustomEvent to decide whether
to call DispatchTrustEvent or DispatchEventOnlyToChrome.
The following chrome-only events are dispatched with DispatchCustomEvent and now
make use of the flag:

- fullscreen / willenterfullscreen / willexitfullscreen
- occlusionstatechange
- resolutionchange
- XULAlertClose
and the following were previously dispatched with DispatchTrustedEvent and now
use DispatchEventOnlyToChrome:

This value is determined in Parent process and passed down to nsDocShell. Delete
the messages to pass the setting down and set it on the BrowsingContext in the
Parent process.
Refactor the code that determines to opt-out of using global history. Code
inspection determines that windowless browsing contexts want to opt-out as well
as any frame with `disableglobalhistory` attribute set on it.
