Yaron Tausky f51bd2ae8f Bug 1530223: Promote assertion to MOZ_RELEASE_ASSERT r=asuth 
Instead of trying to figure out which pointer is nullptr, add a more
powerful assertion. Since the nullptr already causes a crash, this won't
cause any regression.

Olli Pettay 1b790f3246 Bug 1522316, use medium high priority queue for worker->main thread control messages, r=baku 
If main thread is busy handling runnables in the normal priority queue, control-type of messages from
workers are possibly postponed to run after those. That can lead to bad performance, if the page
expects workers to be able to proceed simultanously with the main thread.
This patch makes the control messages to use medium high priority queue in order to try to
ensure they are handled in timely manner.
Pref dom.worker.use_medium_high_event_queue can be set to false to disable this new behavior.

Ehsan Akhgari b5a2bda7ee Bug 1527505 - Part 9: Make nsIPermissionManager accept ACString arguments for permission types instead of raw C strings; r=nika 
This will mean that in places like the tight loop in GetTypeIndex()

Alex Gaynor 0f01791ffc Bug 1512990 - Part 4 - remove declarations of Recv/Answer methods from IPDL protocol base class; r=froydnj 
For cases where the class has direct calls (that is, we cast `this` to the
subclass before making the call) no longer declare Recv/Answer methods on the
base class at all. This should ensure that slots for them are not generated in
vtables, and also allow the derived class to choose the method signature (e.g.
whether it wants to take something by reference or by value).

Alex Gaynor 75c7d1fa76 Bug 1512990 - Part 2 - implement direct calls in the IPDL compiler; r=froydnj 
When calling a Recv/Alloc/Dealloc method on most types, cast `this` to the
derived class.

There is a heuristic to figure out what the correct derived type is. There is a
blacklist of types which we can't do direct calls on for the moment, as well as
an override for types that do work with direct calls but which don't match the
heuristic.
