Jim Blandy 3627693e5f Bug 693692: Add DWARF Call Frame Information annotations to JaegerInterpoline for x86 and x86_64. r=sfink 
This allows backtraces through frames executing in JaegerInterpoline and
JaegerInterpolineScripted on x86 and x86_64.

This patch should be applied on top of the patch for bug 645111.
