Minimo Linux changes from INDT.
...
** it removes 'icons.h' , 'preference.h' and 'history.h' -> they were not being used anymore.
** it restrutures Minimo.cpp , minimo_callbacks files -> In some places of the source code, there were methods in the wrong file, and so on.
** it changes the varibles and methods naming in all files (gFILENAME_NAME e.g. gPreferenceStruct)
** it creates a new file (minimo_support), and add the respective line in the Makefile.in file.
** it improves the bookmark manager, and also adds the FIND feature into its gtk_tree_view.
** it fixes some small bugs.

Fix bug 302962. When someone calls Activate() or Deactivate() on an nsWebBrowser which doesn't have a content viewer yet (and hence no pres shell), don't just bail because nsGlobalWindow will complain. Instead, change nsDocShell to make the content viewer on demand, and go ahead and pass the activate/deactivate onto the dom window. This fixes a serious focus bug in Camino.

Landing the split window work, bug 296639. This change doesn't have full reviews yet, bzbarsky@mit.edu and shaver@mozilla.org have done partial reviews, but there's still more to look at. WinCE only. remove snav.dll -- it is statically build. reorder minimo-link-names to make diffing being generated one easier. Added GetScreenSize so that we can calculate the screensize when opening a new window. NPODB.

droping the explict font names and sizes for now. Ignoring ignored security dialogs. Adding a pref that only works in my build which makes the (X) close box be an (ok) box. widget changes are required to honor this pref. npodb

2) Adding a splashscreen. need art love, but code is in place for CE.
3) Greatly simplified window creation using appshel.
4) moving pip stuff out of static link.
5) Manually ripping out cruft in chrome files that I do not think I need.
