Nika Layzell 1aa11ffed6 Bug 1754004 - Part 11: Simplify the IPCStream serialization API, r=asuth,necko-reviewers,kershaw
As serializing IPCStream no longer requires a manager or FileDescriptor array,
the arguments are no longer necessary, and can be removed. The AutoIPCStream
helper can also be removed, as managed actors are no longer used for
serialization, so a delayed start callback is not necessary.

The delayed start parameter is also removed from nsIIPCSerializableInputStream
instances, but is still present as `aAllowLazy` on the toplevel serialization
methods.

Nika Layzell 2b307c5cea Bug 1754004 - Part 2: Remove the PFileDescriptorSet interface, r=asuth,necko-reviewers,kershaw
This interface should no longer be required due to the changes in part 1
limiting the complexity of IPCStream instances and limiting the number of file
descriptors which a single stream can attach to a message.

Removing this interface is necessary to serialize nsIInputStream instances over
arbitrary toplevel protocols and non-protocol IPC in the future.

Boris Zbarsky 00cd5d4380 Bug 1619112 part 5. Stop accepting nsAString in ErrorResult error-throwing. r=smaug
Callers should pass in UTF-8, since that's what the JS engine ends up with in the end anyway.

The various URL changes are because NS_NewURI converts incoming nsAString to
UTF-8 anyway. So we might as well do that up-front and then use the UTF-8
string for both the NS_NewURI call and the error-reporting if it fails.

Till Schneidereit ext:(%2C%20Jason%20Orendorff%20%3Cjorendorff%40mozilla.com%3E) 2cfba34b8d Bug 1385890 - Fix Streams implementation in multiple-global uses. r=baku,tcampbell,jorendorff
Streams have multiple parts that can be JS objects from different compartments.
For example, the [[reader]] internal slot of a stream can point to a reader
object in another compartment.

This patch makes the ReadableStream implementation robust against mixing and
matching stream-related objects and methods from different globals.

This also removes ReadableStreamBYOBReader and ReadableStreamBYOBRequest for
now, with a view toward enabling basic ReadableStream features by default in
bug 1389628.

Yaron Tausky d30322bb82 Bug 1484524: Workaround for a nullptr-induced crash in cache IPC r=edenchuang
DOM cache IPC code requires a StrongWorkerRef to its worker when invoked
from a WorkerGlobalScope. Under certain condition, e.g. when worker
termination was initiated, it's no longer possible to obtain such a reference,
and said code fails silently by storing a nullptr in the CacheOpArgs object.
This leads to a crash when that object gets serialized.

This is a temporary workaround for this problem, until a more reasonable
solution is implemented.

Emilio Cobos Álvarez fffb25b74f Bug 1465585: Switch from mozilla::Move to std::move. r=froydnj
This was done automatically replacing:

  s/mozilla::Move/std::move/
  s/ Move(/ std::move(/
  s/(Move(/(std::move(/

Removing the 'using mozilla::Move;' lines.

And then with a few manual fixups, see the bug for the split series..
