Andrew Swan cac4af48b7 Bug 1273958 Fix suppression of search box for disco pane r=kmag,rhelmer 
Hiding the header was causing some problems so instead restructure the
XUL to put the discovery pane in the top-level deck alongside a vbox
with the header and a deck with all the other panes that have the header.

Jed Davis 78e49e2efb Bug 1114647 - Use firefox for child processes instead of plugin-container. r=ted 
Disabled on Mac (content processes need to use plugin-container.app for
UI reasons) and on Linux unless --disable-sandboxing (build issues).

Now that digits have been filtered out of the message manager message
names to avoid creating thousands of similar keys, we can reenable the
telemetry by renaming it. Also, update the description to address
bsmedberg's comments, and add me to the list of alert emails.
