Jeff Muizelaar 295d2671ce Bug 1178385. Enable DXVA on the G45 r=ajones 
This blocking never solved the original issue. Will remove it a
little bit at first and perhaps remove the rest later.

Our device family for GMA4500 included more than just GMA4500 devices. Lets
remove the blacklist entry that was added unintentionally.  HG: Enter commit
message.  Lines beginning with 'HG:' are removed.

Jeff Muizelaar 4a5c07e4a6 Bug 1137716. Fix driver version typo. 
Driver versions are compared like decimal numbers so 8.7 > 8.17 meaning
we blacklisted nothing.
