When printing from the embedded application, allow it to set the print frame, BG colors, BG images
in the print settings, according to the preferences.
Also changes for ShowTooltip ( it was broken ). Known problem - the location is broken if the page has frames
and the tooltip is inside a frame.

Change all callers of nsIPresContext::GetShell() to use the non-refcounting versions. Most callers now use PresShell(), a few that were checking for null conditions are using GetPresShell() -- this will be remedied once we can ensure that a prescontext never has a null pres shell. Fixing bug 225837.
