manas 12adff46fd Bug 1641069 - Add pref "devtools.overflow.debugging.enabled". r=bradwerth 
This adds a pref to support development of the devtools Overflow Debugging feature. As much as possible, code changes will be gated on this feature. A future Bug will set this pref to true by default, and a later Bug will delete it entirely and mainstream the code protected by it.

Dave Townsend 38ef8fecd1 Bug 1580766: Add a unique ID for the BrowsingContext tree inside a browser element. r=kmag 
Adds a `browserId` property to all browsing contexts which the same for the
entire tree of contexts inside a frame element. If a new top-level context is
created for the frame then it is assigned the same value.

This allows identifying the frame element for a given browsing context.

Currently this is only done for XUL frame elements (browser/iframe). Not sure
if we want this for others.

Marco Bonardo 42e0c61ecf Bug 1635033 - Set an untrimmed value when an invalid url is picked from address bar results. r=dao 
Trimming would convert a url with an invalid origin into a string like
"origin/something" and if the user keeps editing it, we'd end up converting the
url into a search.
