The web platform test was pretty buggy in a few ways:
1) It claimed that "bar" should be non-writable and enumerable. This
explicitly contradicts the spec:
http://heycam.github.io/webidl/#named-properties-object-getownproperty step 3
substep 8 sets [[Writable]] to true, and
https://html.spec.whatwg.org/multipage/browsers.html#named-access-on-the-window-object
explicitly says these properties are unenumerable.
2) It claimed that "constructor" should be exposed on the named properties
object. But the named property visibility algorithm obviously returns false
for that property name, so it should not be exposed.

I claim this code is dead because on the one hand it's no longer called from JS
(because Window is always on WebIDL bindings, but on the other hand it can't
really be called from C++ because it depends on examining the XPConnect call
information.
I think removing this completely, including from the IDL, is safe, because
nothing directly returns nsIDOMJSWindow, so anyone using its vtable would have
to QI to it and we're changing the IID.

This patch moves the "fullscreen" event from the original place to the
second part, which indicates two other changes:
1. When the event is triggered, the value of fullScreen would have been
toggled to the new value, which is different from before. The changes in
browser/../browser-fullScreen.js and mobile/../browser.js are for this.
2. This event is no longer preventDefault-able, since it is triggered
after the fullscreen change. This leads to the removal of the test and
the only place which calls preventDefault on that event. That place is
a workaround for bug 1079222. To address that problem, this patch fixes
the intrinsic issue via stoping handling the fullscreen change once it
finds we failed to change the state of the widget.

This will be later extended with more members to allow scroll offsets to be

- Implemented Window.Scroll, Window.ScrollTo, Window.ScrollBy, Element.Scroll,
Element.ScrollTo, and Element.ScrollBy functions that accept ScrollToOptions
as a single parameter.
- Removed ScrollOptions dictionary parameter from existing Window.Scroll,
Window.ScrollTo, and Window.ScrollBy functions as these have been replaced
with functions accepting a single parameter, ScrollToOptions.
- Added new WebIDL dictionary, ScrollIntoViewOptions. This dictionary
extends ScrollOptions by adding "block", specifying whether the element
start or end will be scrolled into view.
- Replaced Element.ScrollIntoView(bool,ScrollOptions) with
Element.ScrollIntoView(ScrollIntoViewOptions) to match updated
CSSOM-View scroll-behavior specification.
