Bug 1404568 - Use the correct browser_action theme icons when the action is in a menu-panel. r=mixedpuppy

The patch adding support for specifying theme icons had a bug in the CSS: it
added styles for the action in a menu-panel depending on theme, but missed out
the theme pseudo-class selectors. Therefore the dark text icon was always used
since it was last in the CSS.
Additionally, the menu panels can't be styled, so still have light backgrounds
and dark text even in light text themes. If a light icon is used in the menu
panel in a light text theme it will be hard to see.
Thus, this patch adds the pseudo-class for dark text themes, but removes the
selector entirely for light text themes.

Currently if there is no default icon at the specified size, the default icon
falls back to the light text icon at that size. This is wrong in two ways:
First, the default theme uses dark text, so it should fallback to the dark icon
Secondly, authors expect the unsized default_icon to be used if specified
This patch fixes both of these issues, so that the default icon first falls back
to the unsized default_icon, and then only if that is not specified falls back
to the dark icon

Bug 1391539 - Show tab separators when hovering tabs. r=dao

This patch also fixes the hover background color of tabs in
Windows 7 (it was mistakenly being overriden), which got a little
more noticeable through the non-changing tab separators.
This patch further adds a missing top border on selected
tabs when drag space or title bar is enabled (which is
required to set the correct border-image on hovered tabs borders).

When the locale has a slightly longer label for 'Zoom', the popup auto-sizing
code starts having trouble with the inline start padding of that label and doesn't
size the popup correctly anymore.
When I change this to using a spacer element, this issue no longer occurs and the
label may become as large as localizers may need, as long as it doesn't exceed
the max-width of a panelview - 30em, currently.

have correct originAttributes.

Smart Location Bar (a.k.a URL bar) has some features, loading inputted URL
directly, searching bookmark items and history items, and search inputted words
with registered search engine.
So, it does not make sense its inputmode is "url". E.g., neither showing URL
specific software keyboard nor switching IME open state automatically for
typing URL may not be expected in most cases.
Unfortunately, there is no proper inputmode value for Smart Location Bar.
Therefore, this patch uses "mozAwesomebar" value and accepts the value only in
chrome documents. This value should be handled by each native IME handler
properly.

The previous code here always set the `isActive` property on all themes. When writing the
patch for bug 1402981 I ran into issues because the default theme has an `isActive` property
anyway (it's a different type of object). So I tried to avoid setting `isActive` if it was
already present. Unfortunately, the result was that `isActive` values, once set, weren't
correctly updated. Worse, these values are (and were, prior to bug 1402981) persisted in
some cases.
There's no point persisting these values, all that will happen is that they'll start
mismatching the 'real' state of the world (LightweightThemeManager.currentTheme). So instead,
let's just not set the `isActive` property at all, and rely solely on the ID of the current
theme (or the default theme's ID, now that we no longer support non-lightweight-themes) to
establish whether any of the themes should appear selected or not.

This moves the explanatory text from a pseudoelement to a real element,
and keeps only the image in a pseudoelement. It then uses a transitioned

Because we need to fade this based on dragging items over the panel when
it's empty, it adds/removes a 'draggingover' attribute to handle the fade.
To cope with the extra element in the drag/drop container in customize mode,
this also makes the following changes:
- bail out of _onDragStart if there's no actual selected item.
- pick the fixed list in the panelHolder more reliably
- add a max-width to avoid the description making the panel wider

There are some cases where we fail to create a tab's browser due to the sanity
checks in _createBrowser(). While in theory those should never fail, in
practice they seem to. And when they do, they leave the browser in an
inconsistent state.
This change should both prevent the worst effects of these failures, and also
give use better error reporting so that we can properly debug them.

message is still pending in the WebNavigation/jsm's Manager.

This patch includes a bunch of somewhat related fixes, these are:
- Ensuring that when a mochitest calls SimpleTest.expectChildProcessCrash()
the harness will wait for the crashes to be recorded before deleting the
dump files. This involves a message round-trip between the content and
parent process so to minimize its performance impact on all the non-crashing
tests it is done only when required.
- As an additional optimization, the SimpleTest harness will not send a
message to the content process anymore whenever it receives an
ipc:content-shutdown event, instead it does it only for abnormal shutdowns.
- Manually fixing remaining mochitests causing crashes to wait for crashes to
be recorded before finishing and deleting the dump files.
- Modifying BrowserTestUtils.crashBrowser() so that it optionally does not
delete the dump files, this is useful for tests that submit their dumps and
thus delete them on their own.

This WebExtensions API allows to install, remove, and query installed
PKCS#11 modules as well as to query the the status of available PKCS#11
"slots" for a given module.
Reuses the native application manifests from the "Native Messaging" API,
but using the "pkcs11" type rather than the "stdio" type.
All calls expect an application name, which is not the PKCS#11 friendly
name (the "description" field in the manifest file is used for that) but
instead the application name in the manifest file.

In the steps to reproduce of this bug, we get see a load start for about:blank that is not top level. We then see a following load complete (STATE_STOP) that has aWebProgress.isTopLevel=true. This code is really here to prevent flickering from reload->stop->reload for about:home and other about: pages. I don't see any harm in being more agressive when switching back to Reload since that is the default state.

Bug 1391427 - Package upstream rust in taskcluster. r=glandium

Add a toolchain job description which calls the
repack_rust.py script to package the requested
upstream build of Rust and its standard libraries
for use in gecko builds.
Links are added to these new toolchains for various build
and analysis tasks as appropriate. The base-toolchain
tasks use an explicitly-versioned toolchain since those
can be different from the current release used for most builds.
The corresponding tooltool manifest entries are removed
now that taskcluster artifact versions are available.
This simplifies the update process since new toolchains
can be packaged and used automatically by just updating
the versions in the task descriptions.
A 'linux64-rust' toolchain can be added to other tasks
as a dependency and artifact. It supports linux64-
hosted builds of Rust code targeting linux64 or linux32.
A 'linux64-rust-macos' toolchain targets linux64-hosted
builds of Rust code targeting macOS on x86_64.
A 'linux64-rust-android' toolchain targets linux64-hosted
builds of Rust code targeting various Android architectures.
Two 'win64-rust' and 'win32-rust' toolchain tasks create
similar entries for Windows-hosted builds. All our automation
builds are hosted on win64, so we could use one artifact
with support for both targets, but currently this doesn't
work because of cross-compilation issues in some crates.
This patch maintains the previous separation between
win32 and win64 rust toolchains until that can be addressed.
