Added separate variables for jpeg, png & zlib CFLAGS & LIBS. Added --with-option=dir support for jpeg, png & zlib. Split X defines into XCFLAGS, XLDFLAGS & XLIBS. Will attempt to link nspr against the proper thread lib if the initial check fails. Removed last vestiges of NO_SECURITY. Modified cmd/{gnome,qt,x}fe/Makefile to only use autoconf defined variable for the final link. Changed ACCFLAGS to OS_CFLAGS. Changed ACLIBS to OS_LIBS.
