ScreenHelperCocoa is the platform dependent part of the original nsScreenManagerCocoa and nsScreenCocoa. It registers NSApplicationDidChangeScreenParametersNotification and pushes updates to ScreenManager. See patch part 4. for how ScreenManager works.
