This patch handles all the cases where we just want to swap out
nsAutoArrayPtr for UniquePtr and don't require code changes other than
updating uses that implicitly converted to T* to follow UniquePtr's
conventions.
Fontconfig allows for fonts to be arbitrarily mapped into another font
family. Under some versions of Debian and Fedora, families like Droid
Sans Japanese were mapped into the Droid Sans family. To match these
font families properly, it's necessary to test multiple fonts within a
single given family. Since this is a relatively time consuming
procedure, only do this when there are multiple regular faces for a
given family.
The bulk of this commit was generated with a script, executed at the top
level of a typical source code checkout. The only non-machine-generated
part was modifying MFBT's moz.build to reflect the new naming.

Rework system font lookup under OSX so that the style system passes around the same "meta" name used by Webkit, -apple-system. This makes it so that the hidden system fonts used aren't exposed to authors. It also allows us to handle the two optical sizes of font families used under OSX 10.11, which uses San Francisco as the new UI font, with one family for text sizes and another for larger, display sizes. The patch here:
- moves system font lookup into gfxMacPlatformFontList
- assigns the font family name to "-apple-system"
- derives FindFamily to take a gfxFontStyle parameter to allow size-based lookups
- maintains a list of hidden system font families (not exposed to authors)
- maintains a mapping from -apple-system to the underlying hidden font families
Also...
- Rename various "operator" identifiers as "op" to match |CompositionOp|.
- Rename |nsBackgroundLayerState::mCompositingOp| as |mCompositionOp| to match
|CompositionOp|.
- Remove some deprecated functions that are no longer needed.

In various places SetColor() gets passed a gfxRBGA that is constructed at the
call site. This patch changes these to construct a gfx::Color directly,
avoiding the subsequent conversion.

doesn't measure any children hanging off the array.
And do likewise for nsTObserverArray.

This fixes a regression when painting semi-transparent synthetic bold text. When
we do that we update the draw target but refactoring in bug 1037340 part
2 caused us to store the draw target before it was updated.
This is straightforward mapping of PR_LOG levels to their LogLevel

PR_LOG_INFO -> LogLevel::Info
PR_LOG_DEBUG -> LogLevel::Debug
PR_LOG_NOTICE -> LogLevel::Debug

Instances of PRLogModuleLevel were mapped to a fully qualified
mozilla::LogLevel, instances of PR_LOG levels in #defines were mapped to a
fully qualified mozilla::LogLevel::* level, and all other instances were
mapped to us a shorter format of LogLevel::*.
Bustage for usage of the non-fully qualified LogLevel were fixed by adding
|using mozilla::LogLevel;| where appropriate.

This patch implements a derived class of gfxPlatformFontList and a set of associated objects that uses fontconfig. It's a replacement for the existing gfxPangoFontGroup and gfxFontconfigUtils code. The fontconfig API is used to lookup all fonts on the system, which are grouped by family name.
Changes due to this patch:
- font style matching, the mapping of style attributes to a specific font, is now handled by the same Gecko code that is used on other plaforms. fontconfig substitutions are handled but fontconfig style matching no longer used.
- downloadable fonts using unicode-range are now supported
- local fullname lookups are only done with the English name of the font, as per the CSS3 Fonts spec, and not only other localized fullnames
- size-specific bitmap fonts are no longer supported
- fonts lacking a Unicode character map are no longer supported
