  - Make the frame constructor construct a subdocumentframe, object frame or
    image frame as appropriate
- start the load of <applet>, <embed> and <object> in content code
- fallback to alternate rendering correctly

joshmoz%gmail.com c63c3132dd Verify (on Mac OS X only) that plugins are useable. Among other things, now we don't load CFM plugins on x86 Macs (CFM executables can't be used on x86 Macs).
