buster%netscape.com 381df478eb changed base code so only frames with 0 width AND 0 height are ignored. 
this fixes http://home.netscape.com among others that use content-free
nested tables to generate background colors and other evil tricks.

cls%seawood.org 58641ee9f5 Removed some MKLINUX & MACLINUX ifdefs. Replace a couple with (defined(linux) && defined(__powerpc__)). 
Added glibc ifndefs to strdup declarations.
Fixed problem with stderr under glibc 2.1.

moved code around. also modified Tinderbox module to use
terry's tinderbox/quickparse hack.
