XPCShell allows interaction with object that are cycle collected, but we never run the
cycle collector in it. In XPCShell we don't call nsJSContext::EnsureStatics.
nsJSContext::EnsureStatics is responsible for setting DOMGCSliceCallback as a GC callback,
which we need for running the cycle collector.

When triggering an iframe load or starting to parse a document for an iframe, the main thread may often have some time before the new page has been created. Try to trigger CC/GC slice at such point in order to avoid collector later when page is already executing its JS

We never actually use this, and it causes assertions with fuzzing, so
just delete it.

The bulk of this commit was generated with a script, executed at the top
level of a typical source code checkout. The only non-machine-generated
part was modifying MFBT's moz.build to reflect the new naming.

I've got it! Let's just wrap the JS thing in an XPCOM thing that duplicates
its fields with a different ownership model! We totally need another one of
those, right? And we could even stick it in XPConnect! </sarcasm>
In seriousness - the code to own, format, and display error reports is
currently spread between the JS engine, JSErrorReporters, an async Runnable
abstraction, and elsewhere. We need to condense it somewhere to start chipping
away at this mess.
