This change silences a small number of warnings when compiling with
clang-cl. In passing, it also deletes some carriage return characters
that have crept in.
The bulk of this commit was generated with a script, executed at the top
level of a typical source code checkout. The only non-machine-generated
part was modifying MFBT's moz.build to reflect the new naming.

The ipc/glue changes, and the message_pump_android.* and
message_pump_qt.* changes in ipc/chromium/src/base/, change signatures
to match.
