vidur%netscape.com e153192875 Fix for bug 46861. nsIDOMWindow is now split into two interfaces: a public interface (still called nsIDOMWindow) for embedders and an internal interface (nsIDOMWindowInternal) for internal use. mccabe%netscape.com d98f4dca1d First cut at removing manual declaration of interface methods in implementation classes and replacing with xpidl-generated NS_DECL_NSIFOO macro. 
Hopefully this'll help turn the copy-n-paste tide towards using this macro.
