Adding a Get Info item to the Edit menu, which, for now, only applies to the selected bookmark in the bookmarks sidebar. This is part of bug 155484.

Changes for bug 160725: adding site icon support to the proxy icon, tabs, bookmarks (in sidebar, tolbar and menu). Site icons are fetched via the SiteIconProvider, which uses the more generic RemoteDataProvider under the hood. RemoteDataProvider talks to necko, getting the resulting data into an NSData. Notifications are used to indicate to listeners when the load is done.

Site icons that are loaded to into the necko cache. We also cache data for missing site icons, to avoid continual refetches.
Site icons are on by default, but can be turned off via the "browser.chrome.site_icons" pref.

Fix assumptions all over the code about the main window being a browser window; it can be a progress window, or the About window (and others in future). Ensure that the menu items that are enabled when a non-browser window is frontmost work as expected (e.g. Mange Bookmarks, opening a bookmark).

We have to manually update items on the Bookmarks menu and its submenus, because we turn auto-enabling of items off for this menu (presumably, for performance with lots of bookmarks).

Checking in patch from David Haas in bug 155048, with modifications to improve the 'is there a browser window' logic. This also fixes bug 152026 (2 windows when launched with a GetURL AE), and my changes fix bugs 155309 (dragging multiple files onto the icon works now) and 155147 ("browser.always_reuse_window" always works for GetURL events now).
