Now, nobody requires nsIContentIterator interface. So, we can get rid of it.
Unfortunately, there is no macro to keep the inherited class,
ContentSubtreeIterator, in the cycle collection to make it keep managing
ContentSubtreeIterator::mRange without nsISupports interface. Therefore, this
patch moves it into ContentIteratorBase temporarily. Anyway, the following
patch makes those classes not refcountable. At that time, this issue will be
fixed.

First, we should move nsContentIterator and nsContentSubtreeIterator into
mozilla namespace and then, remove "ns" prefix.

Bug 1518384 - Fix some lines which depend on |using namespace mozilla| and |using namespace mozilla::dom| in Document.cpp and Element.cpp r=smaug

After landing bug 1517241, some lines in Document.cpp and Element.cpp depend on
`using namespace mozilla` and `using namespace mozilla::dom` of *different*
cpp files. Therefore, when you rename some cpp files in dom/base, you'll
hit compile error.
This patch fixes the dependency with moving some classes into mozilla namespace
and adding |mozilla::| or |dom::| to a couple of lines.

The concrete classes of nsIContentIterator are enough complicated, but they
are not tested simply. Therefore, it's dangerous to touch them even if we
meed bugs of them. Additionally, it's used in some hot paths, therefore,
I'd like to keep them simple as far as possible.
Therefore, this patch creates a mediator class between script and each
nsIContentIterator instance. So, this change shouldn't affect any of
actual behavior nor performance.

Bug 1517241 - Rename nsIDocument to mozilla::dom::Document. r=smaug

Summary: Really sorry for the size of the patch. It's mostly automatic
s/nsIDocument/Document/ but I had to fix up in a bunch of places manually to
add the right namespacing and such.
Overall it's not a very interesting patch I think.
nsDocument.cpp turns into Document.cpp, nsIDocument.h into Document.h and
nsIDocumentInlines.h into DocumentInlines.h.
I also changed a bunch of nsCOMPtr usage to RefPtr, but not all of it.
While fixing up some of the bits I also removed some unneeded OwnerDoc() null
checks and such, but I didn't do anything riskier than that.

the WebIDL refers to the WindowProxy type. This patch just makes the WindowProxyHolder

By default, windows.h exposes a large number of problematic define statements
which are UpperCamelCase, such as a define from `CreateWindow` to
`CreateWindow{A,W}`.
As many of these names are generic (e.g. CreateFile, CreateWindow), they can
mess up Gecko code that may legitimately have its own methods with the same
names.
The header also defines some traditional SCREAMING_SNAKE_CASE defines which
can mess up our code by conflicting with local values.
This patch adds a simple code generator which generates wrappers for these
defines, and uses them to wrap the windows.h wrapper using the `stl_wrappers`
mechanism, allowing us to use windows.h in more places.

StructuredCloneTester objects can configured to be serializable (or not) and
deserializable (or not) by the structured clone algorithm. They can be used to
test, for example, onmessageerror event handlers, where the messageerror event
is fired when a message fails to be deserialized (but was successfully serialized).
The class is pref'ed with "dom.testing.structuredclonetester.enabled".

SelectionChangeListener is too generic name but it just dispatches
selectionchange event when it's necessary. So, it should be renamed to
SelectionChangeEventDispatcher. Additionally, it's in mozilla::dom namespace
but it does not represent any DOM object. So, it should be in mozilla namespace
instead.

to Selection for "normal" and added by nsFrameSelection::Init() after

This is mostly self-explanatory. However, the patch also contains some minor
changes to frame scripts which expect to be able to call message manager
methods with a null target object, which stops working when they stop being
global objects.
