Jeff Muizelaar 98dd6d3599 Bug 777381. Use SIGUSR1 instead of SIGUSR2 to avoid interferring with profiling. r=cjones 
SIGUSR2 was originally chosen to avoid interferering with dalvik. We don't need
to avoid that on B2G.
