slamm%netscape.com f910ef9462 Give error if building in objdir and have previously built in srcdir. Move '-Wall' and '-include' to GNU-only section (silly to test for GNU-only features). properly set all the ac magic needed to properly asm files.
Currently this is only an issue on Solaris, when building with the native
sun compiler.
