1st Mozilla Composer checkin
Allows to open an HTML doc into a tabeditor.
Customizable toolbars. Extensions manager. JS Console.
sketch for an About dialog.
All original composer commands will be moved to JS.
Artwork is not stable and will be changed as soon as we have a better logo+icon.
Name is stable, aviary names don't live well with bird flu ;-)

joshmoz%gmail.com a7f673077d Implement GetScreenBounds to get window sizing and staggering working. We return the origin of the entire window (title bar and all) but the size of the content area.
