Nicholas Nethercote f68e1caceb Bug 1295825 (part 2) - Use [must_use] and MOZ_MUST_USE in nsIPipe.idl. r=froydnj. 
The patch also makes GetInputStream() fail if the pipe isn't initialized, just
like GetOutputStream().
