Cykesiopka 895edf7133 Bug 1338895 - Avoid non-smart string IDL types in remaining PSM IDL files. r=aklotz,keeler 
Smart string classes like nsCString are safer to use than raw |char*| strings,
and are typically easier to deal with as well.
