With D100581 LLVM added support for -Wunused-but-set-parameter and -Wunused-but-set-variable. 1. we shouldn't treat these warning as errors 2. for harfbuzz we apply a patch that has also been upstreamed, #2995, since pragma directives are somehow borken in clang vs gcc.
