Kashav Madan 2b8ca16f35 Bug 1557407 - Replace DispatchTrustedEvent with DispatchEventOnlyToChrome for various chrome-only events, r=smaug ... Adds an |aChromeOnlyDispatch| flag to DispatchCustomEvent to decide whether to call DispatchTrustEvent or DispatchEventOnlyToChrome.
